Pickling


Monday, I did some quick pickling. All three of these jars have currently taken up residence in the refrigerator, where time will work its magic and turn them into salty, savory deliciousness in just a week or so.

From left to right, they are: my own recipe for Super Easy Dill Refrigerator Pickles (found here), Pickled Onions (found here), and British Pickled Onions (found here).

    1. Isn't that wonderful when kids love pickles? When Colette was about two years old, she practically existed on a diet of pickles! She just adored them! And now, she has no interest in them whatsoever...sigh. I hope your kids like these recipes!
