And today I spent making this one!  It's Pomegratate-Respberry Thyme Jam! Doesn't it just look like Christmas in a pot?  Scrumptious too!  Here's the link to the recipe. 

I used 1 pt. of frozen raspberries that we picked last summer.  And I substituted one cup cane sugar for the agave syrup.  The recipe yielded four half-pint jars.  It's a delicious accompaniment for cheese!
