Simple Goodness

Simple food is pretty food!  For a quick and easy dinner: cook some cavattapi pasta, sauté your choice of fresh vegetables (red and yellow bell peppers, red onion, and asparagus shown here) in a little bit of olive oil until just tender, grill some chicken sausages and slice, add vegetables and sausage to pasta, and toss all with about one cup of pesto.  Serve with a big green salad.  Yum!
